When used as directed, StrataMGT lightly bonds to form a protective later that is gas permeable and waterproof which hydrates and protects mucosal tissue. StrataMGT may be directly applied to dry, wet, cracked and sensitive mucosal tissue. It contains no steroids, hormones, alcohol, parabens or fragrances, and is suitable for long-term use. StrataMGT gel is bacteriostatic and inert.

StrataMGT has an expiry date of five years after manufacturing. This date is imprinted on every box (side flap) and tube (end seal) in the format year-month (e.g. EXP 2018-09 or 18-09). The expiry date does not change once the tube is opened.
